Construction of the Nazım Hikmet Cultural Center began in 2013. It is a cultural and arts building delivered with a 1.200 m² footprint and a total construction area of 7.000 m². Consisting of 5 basement floors, a ground floor, and 3 typical floors, the building was planned as a public building suitable for multipurpose use.
The project includes a 400-seat multipurpose conference hall, classrooms, exhibition halls, foyer, and cafe areas. Bringing together cultural, educational, event, and social-use needs, the building opened in 2015 as Nazım Hikmet Culture and Arts House.
