This Privacy Notice has been prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and related regulations to inform you about the processing of personal data you share through the Contact and Urban Transformation application forms on the Reform İnşaat website. The Turkish version prevails; the English and Arabic versions are courtesy translations for information purposes.

2. Personal Data Processed
Through the Contact form and the Urban Transformation application form, only the following personal data that you enter into the form fields is processed:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- City / district information
- Subject information, if provided
- Your message and request content
- Your commercial electronic communication consent preference, if provided
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed to receive your contact requests, answer your questions, evaluate your project or urban transformation applications, and contact you regarding your request.
Commercial electronic communications are sent only if you give explicit consent for that purpose. Not giving explicit consent does not prevent you from submitting a contact or application request.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Data you share through the forms is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the basis that it is necessary to evaluate your request and based on Reform İnşaat’s legitimate interest in managing application/contact processes.
Your commercial electronic communication consent preference and communications within that scope are based on explicit consent.
5. Collection Method
Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form and the urban-renewal application form on the website, based on the information you enter directly. Security verification tools may be used to prevent misuse of the forms.
6. Transfer of Personal Data
Your data may be shared only with the hosting and e-mail infrastructure service providers used to transmit the forms, operate them securely, and deliver them to the relevant mailbox, to the extent required by the service. Your personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed and within the legal retention periods required by applicable legislation.
When the retention period expires or the processing purpose no longer exists, personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with applicable legislation.
8. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically or abroad
- To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
- To request deletion or destruction when the conditions are met
- To request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
9. Commercial Electronic Communications
Commercial electronic communication consent is optional. You may submit the contact or urban transformation application form without giving this consent.
If you give consent, commercial electronic communications are managed under the Turkish Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563, related secondary regulations, and Message Management System (İYS) processes; an unsubscribe/opt-out option is provided in each communication.
