Consisting of 2 basement floors, a ground floor, and 3 typical floors, the building was planned to meet indoor sports and social-use needs.
The project includes a semi-Olympic swimming pool, fitness centers, Turkish bath, sauna, and cafe areas. Combining sports, relaxation, and social-use functions within the same structure, the facility opened for service in 2010.
